Vendrasco Construction & Development Group

Vendrasco Construction & Development Group operates out of a Coast Village Road address in Montecito, which tells you they're working in one of the county's most demanding markets-homeowners here expect flawless execution on high-end projects. They carry a perfect 5.0 rating across 22 Houzz reviews, which is noteworthy in a platform where detail-obsessed clients don't hesitate to flag missed punch-list items. That consistency suggests they're managing expectations well and delivering clean finishes.
Their service list simply says "General Remodeling," and the single project photo I saw-a countertop detail-hints at kitchen or bath work, but I don't have enough visibility into their full portfolio to tell you whether they handle structural work, historic preservation, or just interior refreshes. The sparse online presence makes it harder to gauge their range or see how they handle Montecito's specific challenges: salt air detailing, Spanish tile integration, or the permitting gauntlet that comes with older estates.
If you're considering Vendrasco, ask to see a broader project gallery and get references from clients whose scope matches yours. That Houzz rating is a good signal, but you'll want to confirm they've tackled work similar to what you're planning before you sign.
