David Moreno

I'm David Moreno, a licensed California general contractor with 27 years helping Santa Barbara County homeowners. I've run more than 300 residential projects: Spanish Colonial renovations in Montecito, coastal energy retrofits, kitchens, baths, and roofs. I also hold HVAC and Title 24 certifications. After the 2018 Montecito debris flows, I coordinated water-damage restoration for dozens of families.
