SB Dustless Flooring

SB Dustless Flooring operates on Garden Street with a focus on flooring and concrete work, though the evidence trail here is thinner than I'd like. Their social media shows activity through mid-2023—mostly Facebook and Instagram posts without much detail—but there are no customer ratings or reviews in the data I can verify. That's not necessarily a red flag for a smaller outfit, but it does mean you're flying without the usual navigation tools.

The project images suggest they handle a range of flooring materials: carpet, ceramic and porcelain tile, natural stone, and luxury vinyl plank. That's a decent spread for a flooring contractor. The "dustless" name implies they use contained sanding systems for refinishing work, which matters in our tight Santa Barbara neighborhoods where dust drifting into a neighbor's courtyard can sour relationships fast.

Without review patterns or rating trends to assess, I'd recommend asking for local references and seeing completed work in person before signing. Check their license status directly with the state, ask about warranty terms, and get a detailed scope in writing. They may do solid work—I just don't have enough data here to tell you one way or the other.
