Mission Creek Painting

Mission Creek Painting has quietly built a spotless reputation in Santa Barbara—18 Google reviews, all five stars, which is rare in my experience. Michael and his crew show up in nearly every review for the same things: clear communication, patient color consultations, and meticulous prep work before a single brush touches the wall. Customers mention deck resurfacing, full exterior repaints, and commercial interiors (a salon project stands out), and the pattern holds: jobs finished on time, work areas kept clean, responsive follow-up. The project photos back this up—close-ups of switch plates removed before painting, vent covers masked properly, hardware reinstalled cleanly. Those details tell me Michael trains his team to treat homes the way I'd want mine treated.

What I appreciate most is the consistency around pricing. Multiple reviewers call Mission Creek's bids competitive or "below budget," yet nobody complains about shortcuts or thin coats—a balance that's harder to strike than it sounds. One property manager specifically vouches for reliability, which carries weight; those folks see every contractor's follow-through. If you need exterior paint that'll stand up to our salt air or interior work that respects your daily routine, Mission Creek belongs on your short list.
